Location was ideal, close to underground station and the room was clean
-
No complains at all, the hotel met requirements. Enjoyed that there was Kfc with short-orders short walk from the venue, super convenient. Very clean unit.
It was all superb!
-
Friendly personnel and favourable location. A great selection of cafes and restaurants to eat close enough to the hotel. Very clean room with everything you need, incredible breakfast. It is undoubtedly a cheap option when in London.
-
The room was nice and clean, the bar staff was very friendly and helpful. The next metro station was just 300m from the hotel. We were staying in the 7th floor and had a great view over the city. They did a great and cheap coffee & croissant to go offer for guests who have not booked breakfast.
The aircondition did not work properly, it was very hot in the room. There was an additional fan put in the room but the only socket to plug it in was on the oposite side of the bed and quite far away, so it did not help a lot.

Competitive pricing, but for the money there are far better places to stay in the world and have exceedingly better facilities for the money. London is pricing itself out of the world tourism market.
Lino flooring!!!!! Very unimpressive, but it was clean.

Cleanliness and the friendly staff made our experiance great in this hotel. What I like is that all premier Inn branches have the same high quality rooms.
There was a maintainance work next door. However it finished very quickly.

1) They asked for advanced payment for the stay, when discovered that last breakfast could not be served because of early departure, it was a very long discussion to have refund. 2) asked for taxi ... they called not licenced taxi, not equipped with taxometer, no card payment device.. I paid more then I had to.

the friendliness of staff, and the breakfast was lovely

The location is great so close to the tube. The staff were friendly and the room was basic and clean.
The challenge I had was that there was that while I was there, there was a group of foreign noisy school kids running up and down corridors. I was given a room on the 12th floor so I wouldn't be affected by their visit however the kids were on the 12th floor as well!!!!
-
the breakfast and the location for the purpose of my trip
I didn't like the attitude of the person who checked me in as I felt he was conning me over the rate for the night. I am usually impressed by your staff as being pleasant and straightforward
-
I like bed stuff it was comfortable and make me have a good night
The housekeeper knock on my door too early that's wake me up and make me so upset in the morning
-
the friendly staff
there were rooms at the 1st floor who has a bad smell.the window doesn't close very well and.the rooms were very small, the rooms at other floors were bigger but we had to pay the same price.
-
The room was clean & comfortable & in very good order. It's in a very good situation.
Could have been abit more generous with the amount of tea & coffee.
-
Not much I can say, it's a Premier Inn. If you want four-poster beds and sweets left on the pillow then this isn't for you. If, like me, you want a comfy bed, hot shower and don't want to pay over the odds, this is fine. Room was clean, warm, within walking distance of tube station and staff were lovely. Would definitely return here.
Bar Prices are typical London prices, ridiculously over inflated.

The room was small, but adequate nonetheless. It was clean, well kept, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was not bad.
The hotel is 30 minutes away from the citycentre. You will need to plan your day carefully.
